If you haven't already, download Hermes from the app store and then sign in to your account.

As notifications are sent to your device they will show up here.
Read or manage notifications, and trigger actions from this view.

Create actions that tell Hermes what you want to happen when you tap on one of your notifications.

Hermes can open a website, run a shortcut from Apple's Shortcuts app, or delete the notification.
